1. Return Policy

  • Returns accepted within 07 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused, in original packaging with all tags and accessories
  • Return shipping cost borne by customer
  • Original shipping charges non-refundable

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds issued ONLY for:

  • Defective/damaged products received
  • Wrong items delivered
  • Significant product description mismatch

3. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Opened software/electronic items with broken seal
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Products without original packaging and accessories
  • Gift cards and vouchers
  • Personal care items
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

4. Refund Process

  • Contact us at sumityashita@gmail.com within 07 days of delivery
  • Provide order details, photos/videos of issue
  • After approval, return product at your cost
  • Refunds processed within 7-10 business days after product inspection and approval
  • Refunds issued to original payment method only

5. Partial Refunds

We reserve the right to issue partial refunds for used/opened items or items with missing accessories.

6. Warranty Claims

Electronics may have manufacturer warranty; separate terms apply.
